Opens page in a new tab (it shouldn't)

Hello
I disabled "open link in new tab", but the link still opens in a new tab. Cleared cache and cleared cookies. It didn't fix the problem.
Not all links open in a new tab, just some. Weird!
Website is ArsSilentium.com. When you click on buy art, the page opens in a new tab. It shouldn't do that.
How can I fix this?

It was Rank Math SEO! Open External Links in a New Tab/Window was enabled.
