Open URL in footer in new tab

Hello,
I have added 3 images separately in a footer widget. Each image is linked to an external URL. Everything is good except I would like each of these links to open in a new tab, rather than take the user away from the site.
I'm not sure how I can do this to target only these widgets. I used the image block.

Hi Henk,
The image block is a WP core block so the theme doesn't have any control over it.

Found the solution, it was a legacy widget.
I reinserted the Image block, and there I could change the options as you showed in your answer.
No problem :)
