Open sub menu on click only for one item

Hi, we currently have set the manu to open the sub menu on hover. However for the last menu item, Quote, we want it to open and stay open when they click on the menu item.

Is there anyway to do that?

Unfortuanly it will require some custom JS script which is out of the scope of the forum.
