Open Sans issue with Serbian letters

Hello,
This is not related only to GeneratePress, but I need to ask for an advice.
I finished my website and just realized that some Open Sans letters in Serbian are not working properly in IE and Firexox (working absolutely perfect in Chrome):\
I tried to find some solution but without success. Could anyone assist with this please?
