Open custom post from taxonomy list using mctagmap plugin

Hi I'm trying to use the mctagmap plugin
I'm listing taxonomies, when a taxonomy is clicked I'd like to go to the custom post that the taxonomy belongs to. Any idea how I can do this. Do you know any plugins that can do this.

if your CPT has an archive then those links should take you to their relevant taxonomy archive.

Sorry I wasn't clear.
I have a medicinal plants website, each plant has a custom post, each plant has several names in english, arabic and hebrew, every name is a taxonomy term which I list using the mctagmap plugin. If I click on one of the taxonomy terms I want to redirect to the plant which has that name.
So for example
clicking taxonomy term: Caper Bush takes me to /?s=Capre%20Bush,
but I want to redirect to /?plant=capparis-zoharyi.

Ah I see what you mean. What you need is a redirection plugin.

This plugin allows you to redirect a URL to another URL of your choice.
