Hi Tom, could you please help me?!
I want to open the comment author link in a new tab – target=”_blank” – where can I customize the theme? I can’t find the <a … entry in the comments.php.

A plugin like this should do it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-links/
It allows you to open the author link in a new window with a simple checkbox :)
