Only Shipping to Billing Address for Guest Checkout

Hi, I want to have two condition for checkout. If the user login; billing address and shipping address can be different. For login users; they can ship to different address from the billing address.
For Guest checkout; I want to force billing and shipping address to be same. For guests they should not enter a separate shipping address.
Could you please let me know, how I do that?

The theme itself doesn't have any checkout/billing options built-in.
Are you referring to WooCommerce here?
If so this is something you will need to check with the plugin's support team.
