Only limited posts can be selected in Query Parameter settings: Include posts

Why does Generatepress promises we can include any post via the Include posts module inside Query Parameters of the Query Loop block, if only a few posts can be selected?

I have more than 50 posts, and I can only seem to select a set of 10 posts in there. I cannot find the posts I want to include because of that.

Hi there,

It only shows 10 recent posts so that this function won't take too much memory to run.

Some websites have thousands posts, just imaging how it would be to load all the posts in that list, likely your editor would crash.

If the post is not in the dropdown list, just type in the title of the post to search.

I can imagine, Ying.

But I have a post with French in the title, and it returns me no options.

Can you try the full title or the post id which can be found in the post editor's url field?

For some posts it worked (by giving different inputs).
For some posts, I just can't get them. Not even by appending the part with the post id with the title.
Any other methods I can try?

Any chance you can provide admin login using the private info field?

And send us some example posts that you could not find?

Let me know!
