One page and Sticky navigation

How you recommend to create one page with sticky navigation?
I installed your GenerateBlocks beta plugin. It is safe to use, there will be no problems after you add it as a module?
Also included all your modules. It is only feasible with Sections and GenerateBlocks, without using any plugins other than yours.
What is easiest way?
I would like the site to have as few additional plugins as possible, so I ask for an opinion.

we are very close to the final release of the GenerateBlocks plugin - although we don't expect there to be any breaking changes we are still testing the plugin.
You won't be able to use GenerateBlocks and Sections together.
I would build the page entirely with GenerateBlocks.
