Old site logo showing on drop-down header

I have changed the site logo for the header, but the old logo displays in the drop-down header when I scroll down, and then scroll up the page. When I get to the top of the page, the new logo displays again.
I tried testing on a new browser / tried refreshing the browser multiple times, but the old logo continues to show whenever I scroll up on the page and the header drops down.
Is this just a tardy caching issue, or is there a place where I need to set / refresh the site image for the drop-down header.
