Off Canvas Submenu slide-in

Mobile Navigation: I have activated “mobile version only” under Off Canvas Panel.
Everything works great.

Is there a way to slide-in the sub-navigation (class name: “sub-menu”) from left to right?

not currently possible with the GP Off Canvas. You would need to integrate a plugin like this:
