Off Canvas Sub Menu behaviour

Evening!

In the off canvas menu when you click to open a sub-menu and then click to open a different one, the first sub-menu closes automatically. This makes things jump around a bit and possibly cause confusion.

Is there a way to make it so a sub-menu stays open until it's clicked to close? So if they click a second sub-menu that opens and the previously clicked one also stays open?
