Off Canvas Panel Trigger Not showing on Mobile

Good day set Off Canvas Panel to "ON". Tricky thing is it's only showing on Desktop not mobile. Dug a little deeper and it has a class hide-on-mobile attached to the span element, surely that should only be there if I selected 'Desktop'. But I selected 'On'.
So it's working great on Desktop, but disappears on mobile due to that class.
Any ideas?

No worries Dave, I should have mentioned that it wasn't showing on iPad Air but showing on other mobile devices. So just ended up fudging the CSS to get it to work for iPad Air. Thanks for responding.
