Off Canvas Panel Parent Menu dropdowns

Hi,

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere, couldn't find it.
In the off canvas panel, parent menu items can only be opened with the arrow icon, clicking anywhere else closes the menu. I'd like to make it so clicking anywhere within each menu item block area will open the submenu.
