off canvas menu not functioning on moble

Hello. I have off canvas panel/ menu enabled only on mobile, but when I check on both Android and iPhone the hamburger menu icon is there, but when I click on it, it displays an X vs the actual slide in menu.
I have Mobile Menu breakout set to 768 px.

Hi there,
temporarily disable your optimization plugins as a incorrect configuration can break the Javascript the off canvas panel requires.
Retest the site after clearing the caches to check that.
If that resolves the issue, then check the Javasript options in the Optimization plugins to find which one is causing the problem.
