off canvas menu not displaying

Hi
I think I have set up off canvas menu correctly but it is not displaying.
Not sure whether the add on is activated or how I would do that if it isn't.

Thanks for such a fast reply. I managed to figure it out. It was because I had not turned it on in the customiser.
