Hi,
I created a menus with top-level items and sub items. On desktops I use it as a header menu, on mobiles I use it in form of a off-canvas menu.If the top-level item has NO link (individual link entry), everything is fine on desktops: if the mouse hovers over the top-level menu item (arrow or menu text), the drop-down menu opens and shows all sub items.
On mobiles, there is a difference:
If I tap on the down arrow, the top-level menu opens – that’s ok.
But, if I tap on the top-level menu text, the off-canvas menu closes completely and nothing more happens – that’s annoying.Any help?

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Any chance you can link us to the page in question?
You can use the private information field:

Hi, thanks for the quick answer.
In the private information there is a link to my online website.
In this version the links of the top-level menu items are still NOT empty, but I want to delete the link on ‘Das Netzwerk’.If you need access to the ‘problematic’ version, I must give you access to my development site. That’s a bit more complicated – I prefer to avoid it. Let me know if you really need access to my development site.

StaffCustomer SupportTough to tell without seeing the issue live but can you take a look at this first?

Hi, I’ve seen this before.
Setting no link or setting the link to ‘#’ does not change the behaviour.
As normal menu: it’s fine – as off-canvas menu tapping on the text closes the whole menu.

StaffCustomer SupportCan you link me to a page where I can actually see the issue then?
Please disable all plugins except for GP Premium in the meantime.
We have not had other reports on this – using#should work.Let me know 🙂

Hi Leo,
I have now set ALL unwished links to ‘#’ and tested again – and now it works (?)
Thank you nevertheless …
