Under Appearance > Menus, I have these selected: Primary Menu Off Canvas Menu However the off canvas menu is empty, but only on actual mobile devices. If I resize a desktop window, the menu items show. What could be the issue? April 13, 2020 at 11:43 am #1237723 LeoStaff Customer Support Hi there, This should be the issue: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/off-canvas-panel-overview/#empty-off-canvas-navigation Let me know ๐ April 13, 2020 at 11:47 am #1237730 Jay I do have Menu Plus activated and off canvas menu selected, still not working. April 13, 2020 at 1:16 pm #1237838 LeoStaff Customer Support I’m not seeing the off canvas menu activated in the link provided. So you’ve selected a menu for Off Canvas Menu under theme locations? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-wordpress-menu-builder/#setting-a-theme-location Can you clear and disable your caching plugin for now? April 13, 2020 at 2:07 pm #1237864 Jay I disabled it for now, visitors need a working menu. Here are my settings: Although mine says display location and not theme location. April 13, 2020 at 2:32 pm #1237886 LeoStaff Customer Support I really can’t tell what the issue is without seeing it unfortunately. Maybe duplicate the set up on a staging site so we can debug? April 13, 2020 at 2:36 pm #1237888 Jay I have enabled the off-canvas menu again. Visit the site from a mobile device to see how it’s not working. You’ll notice if you resize your desktop browser, it does work. April 13, 2020 at 2:40 pm #1237892 LeoStaff Customer Support Hmm I suspect there is a plugin conflict. Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to test? Might be good to start a staging site so we can go through some debugging tests. April 13, 2020 at 2:44 pm #1237895 Jay No need, I found the plugin causing the issue. It’s Async Javascript. What .js should I exclude from async? April 13, 2020 at 2:59 pm #1237902 LeoStaff Customer Support Try excluding: offside.js offside.min.js sticky.js sticky.min.js April 13, 2020 at 3:58 pm #1237942 Jay That did it, thanks a lot! April 13, 2020 at 8:26 pm #1238067 LeoStaff Customer Support No problem ๐ Author Posts Viewing 12 posts - 1 through 12 (of 12 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
