Odd Design Issues (Icons, Headlines)

I'm encountering a few more design issues since going live with my staging site. If you scroll all the way down on the post below, you'll see a giant icon above my subscription box:

This has been happening on any new posts I publish.

Most of the old posts look fine:

I had been simply copy/pasting that icon/header from one post to the next, as saving it as a reusable block was leading to things like this:

Any thoughts on what's going on here?

Similarly, the headlines on a few of my pages aren't saving as I've edited them. Here's a page with the container now working, but the headline not where it should be/sized correctly, despite how it appears in edit mode:

And here's how it should look, down the middle, font 40:

Are these things related? I appreciate all the help you've given a novice!

Hi there,

can you try regenerating the CSS in Dashboard > GenerateBlocks > Settings

Done. Didn't seem to work!

Hmmm... i have asked Tom to take a quick look to see if theres anything he is aware as to why the stylesheet is not loading.

Sounds good. Thanks, David.

Hi there,

Strange, the CSS file is enqueueing, but it's a 404: wp-content/uploads/generateblocks/style-12557.css

Can you check to see if this file exists on the server using FTP/File Manager?

Hi Tom - I don't see the file, at least when I'm looking through File Manager.

Can you try disabling ALL plugins except GenerateBlocks and try to regenerate its CSS again and see if the file in question will appear in File manager? Perhaps some plugin preventing it from being saved.

Also, can you try placing any file on the path wp-content/uploads/generateblocks/ and see if you can upload/save any file on it? To check if there's any permission issue.

Not exactly sure if its not being saved or the file is being deleted so perhaps these things are worth the try.

Let us know.

Went through and deactivated plug-ins one by one. No change. As for the second suggestion, how do I go about doing that? Beginner here. :)

It's usually done with FTP or a file manager view your host uses.

If you're unsure about this, you can ask your hosting on how to view/edit/upload/save files on your FTP. They should have an article for it or perhaps personally guide you on how to do it.
