Nouveau logo

I am using the Nouveau template, and having trouble removing the "Nouveau" logo in the header menu. I have tried uploading a logo, retina logo, and site icon on the Site Identity page, but I can't seem to get rid of the Nouveau logo.

Any suggestions?
