notification about GP Install

Hi,
We have WordPress multisite for our blogs in our school. I administer the WP Multisite.
Some of my colleague use GP. And they like it ! ;-)
Those who do not use GP, have this notification in the top of their dashboard :
"GP Premium requires GeneratePress to be your active theme. Install now."
Of course, If they choose GP, all is ok, no more message.
So. How can I deactivate or turn off this message.

Just to make sure. So for the people who aren't using GP theme, they can't deactivate GP premium since it won't work with other themes anyways?

No they can't deactivate GP Premium. Only admins can do it.
