Hello, is it possible to edit the nothing found page text? Where can i change the text?

Hi there,

currently this requires a Child Theme, and you would copy the following template into your child theme folder:

And then edit that file.

Yes - the changes would be erased during updates.

Please use the child theme method David suggested.
