The plugin Tom recommends is quite simple if you don't want to be editing child theme templates.

But i want to overwrite it

You can either make a child theme and copy the no-results.php to it and edit that directly. But i find the plugin does a good job.

i am changing it with FTP and it worked :P :)

Glad to hear you got it sorted. Just be mindful that any changes made to the parent theme files will be lost when the theme is updated.
