Not the same design after import

Welcome to the community!
I put the right version number template on top of the brand new wordpress and also bought the plugin.
I imported the "Portfolio" page, but the design is not the same as what I saw before in the "site library". There are no pictures, the texts are also arranged on the left.
Where did I go wrong?
Hi there,
Any chance you can link us to the site in question?
You can use the private information field:

Let me know :)
Thanks for the quick response. I will send the link in private.
Did you import the demo content as well?
Let me know :)
Yes, I put the marker in the check boxes.
Was this a fresh install?
Are you using any server caching or plugin cache?
Brand new installation, no extra plugins yet.
Can you try using the inline embedding option here?

Yes, it was a success. Thanks! However, the images do not appear, the media library does not contain them, only their names. No files.
I think something at your hosting/server level is stopping the media from being imported.
Do you actually want the demo images? If so I'll list them out for you.
Yes thank you. The image is there in the editor, but not in a list view in a container.
Not sure if I understand.
So the images are there in the media library?
There are gray cubes, pictures in the media library. I see the image in the editor, not on the live website. I click on the image, but I can't edit, delete, replace it. I don't even see the presence of the image in the navigator, in the menu on the left.
I canceled the installation, re-created it according to the instructions.
For now, everything is fine. I have yet to learn how to use the editor.
Sounds good :)
