Not sure where the extra space on mobile is coming from?

I've added a screen shot link of what the gap looks like on mobile. It's the spacing underneath the Circle which is underneath the We offer much more than a professional quality website heading.

The first spacing comes from the min-height set on this Block: https://share.getcloudapp.com/mXuYOyGY
Specifically, its Container Block has a min-height of 420px. You can check and remove this by going to Mobile View as such: https://share.getcloudapp.com/X6uEyNK9
Now, the second spacing comes from top margin of this Block: https://share.getcloudapp.com/7KuQ9LWy
You can go to Mobile view again, and set the margin value to your preference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/P8u1PbD7
