Not showing blog-add on

Hi there,
I cannot find the Layout > blog add-on, not in the customizer...
I also don't get the blue circular icon with the pencil when I am in 'customizer mode'.
Help :)

It says I am running GP Premium 1.2.89...maybe the update failed?

That version is old.
You will need to do manual update first: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/updating-gp-premium/#manually-updating
Then activate update: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/updating-gp-premium/#activating-updates
