I sent an email to support with the logins and yes, with a S because I have a brand new install and I have the same problem.

Since I cannot have help on this forum I hope that I will find help with the email.
Well - after a week of useless support here I finally called my host at inmotionhosting.com - FANTASTIC 24/7 phone support!!! They found the problem. The latest version of generatepress plugin does NOT support PHP 7.4 version! So we reversed to PHP 7.3 version and now the problem is gone.
Never thought about that one huh??
Thank God the guys at inmotionhosting are so good even though that was not a server problem but they are still always willing to help and are top notch with WordPress knowledge.
Suggestion: fix your plugin to make it compatible with PHP 7.4 version. It's a security risk not to use the latest version of PHP.
Hope you learned something in case someone else has the same problem!
Hi there,
GeneratePress and GP Premium are fully compatible with PHP 7.4 (we're using it here on this site). Both are fully compatible all the way up to PHP 8.
Either way, I'm glad they were able to resolve the issue for you - that's good news!
Just to confirm, the error you were getting was a 403 error that happens when our servers can't communicate due to firewalls (your server or ours). Something inMotion did when they switched PHP versions must have fixed the firewall issue.
Thanks for letting us know!
