[Resolved] Not importing demo data

Hi,

I’m trying to setup a site through the site library and importing the demo data but it doesn’t import any data allthough it says everything is important and done and that I now can start customizing my website but it never imported and data it did install and activate the plugin but no data was imported? I tried different sites with the same isusue.

can it be due to that i can’t activate my license key? when i apply my license key in my wordpress site after adding the website to the generatepress gp premium sites. i receive following error message: “403 forbidden. Your server can’t communicate with generatepress.com to activate your key.”

but it doesn’t say where i should add that php function to which file? i tried to add it to functions.php but it didn’t work i got a different error when i did that

Hi there,

can you make sure that your site has no caching or CDN enabled wether that be a plugin or on the server ?
then retry the site import process

Seems to be the issue that I got when i tried to connect the key, I followed the guide on the link above to be able to connect the key and once i got they key connected i could do the import. I enabled the curl as the guide recommended and then it worked.
