Not getting paginated content from home

That page is using the Latest Posts block - which i don't believe has pagination. How is the Load More button been added ?

But David, my problem is not to show pagination. My problem is that pagination /page/2/ is not working. It's showing the same home.

The blog page is static page, there isn't a page 2 for it.

Have you assigned a page as the posts page at settings > reading?

If so, can you link us to that page?

Thanks, but if I make that, it will work pagination, but the content of homepage is removed.

So, I've created an element for main page in order to load after_header. Now I'm reaching the solution! But last step, How could disable this element in main page paginated?

For now you would use the Filter as per the one provided by Tom.
We are looking at adding Element Display Rules to include/exclude Paged options.
