I saw this question from 2 years ago but there is no answer. Ik heve the same problem. First instll no problem. fresh install yes problem. Can anyone help?

its not a theme related issue.
Speak with your hosting provider, explain the issue and ask them to check the server logs for errors, or other possible issues
