As you can see in the image, the Effect menu is not showing up…

The effects menu will only show up if you have GenerateBlocks Pro active on your site. 🙂
If you have it installed, can you check if it’s activated? Let us know. 🙂
It’s activated that’s how I was able see the elements and other stuff.

Also, I’m not able to see the separator line once I log out.
