Not able to get site header configured and doesn't format for mobile/tablet

You should be able to use the options in Customizer > Typography > Header to change the font family and size.
Here are some changes I would recommend:
- Instead of using 30% top padding, try a fix px number like 570px.
- The mobile top padding is currently set at 30px, try something like 300px.

As for the logo, try disabling the mobile header option:

I'm not finding the mobile top padding.
