Hi there,
there is no simple solution to creating that – it would require custom development which is outside of our scope.
If you’re creating job listing site it may be worth looking at some of the plugins available on the wordpress repository.
I can do custom development but need to know, which file I need to edit in theme to create this type of category page.
You would create your child theme archives.php from this file starting from line 12:
https://github.com/tomusborne/generatepress/blob/master/inc/structure/archives.php
