If anyone has an ipad running Chrome browser I will appreciate some help.

I am seeing a problem showing black and white images in a WordPress Gallery on ipads running Chrome browser. It does not seem to be an issue on iphones and not an issue with safari.

On my website http://www.loveitphotography.uk (under development) I have two posts with the same images but different gallery styles.
    ‘test thumbnails’
    ‘test mosaic’
    password is letter ‘a’

THE ISSUE: test mosaic only shows the colour image.

If anyone can test this please use the comments option at the bottom of the page to let me know if you get the same result.

    Thanks in advance
    Tony

    Hi Tony,

I’m just looking at your site on Chrome on an iPad – on the post “Test Mosaic” only the photo oh the left is showing up but its in color.

On “Test Thumbnails” both images are showing up for me the one on the left is in black and white and the other is in color.

    Hope this helps,

    Stacey

Yes – thank you. That’s what we are seeing.
    It’s a chrome/ipad issue.
I’m using the jetpack gallery but I’m going to purchase a replecemnt.

Have you tried using WordPress gallery? https://codex.wordpress.org/The_WordPress_Gallery

Might be what you’re looking for.

I am using the WordPress gallery that is part of Jetpack unless I misunderstand you.

It does a very good job of creating various types of gallery but I have this issue that I cannot resolve.

I have purchased Justified Image Grid – problem solved.
Haven’t had any response from WordPress support forum.
