Non-hamburger Secondary Menu on Mobile

Hey Guys,
I have been using GeneratePress Premium for more than 3 years and it has been totally awesome so far. Kudos to Tom and his team for maintaining such a great product that doesn't compromise with the speed.

I have just one query. I am not really a fan of Hamburger Menu and want to keep an inlined Menu for Mobile users.

I am fine with the current header & hamburger menu with the search button. By any means, is it possible to have a secondary menu like this:

This is the Website I need help with. Currently, I am using Navigation as the header with the "Mobile Header" option turned off.

this doc explains how to disable the mobile secondary nav:

To make is scrollable left / right is a little more complicated. If you want to setup the secondary nav with the function above and let us know we can take a look.
