Do you have a featured image or Page Header set?

I set a post thumbnail at the bottom right side in the page editor because the plugin widget "WP Review" needs it for showing pics, but I don't want the picture to be shown at the top of my page.

How to do that?

Do you have the Disable Elements add-on? If so, you can disable it using that add-on on the page a couple boxes above where you set the post thumbnail.
