No theme options exist.

Hi,

I am confused. I have installed the theme and plugin properly. However, when I tried to import the demo page with content to the website, it says NO THEME OPTIONS EXIST. I went on and found nothing happened to the site. So, I assume the demo was not imported successfully.

Could you please advise if there is an option for me to download the demo content and then import the entire content from the local fold to the server hosted.

Just to confirm, you are talking about the site-library right?

Which site did you choose? Does it happen to all of them?

I'm having the same problem on my site, in the site library I'm trying to download a design but it just says "No theme options exist" and it's happening on the other designs.

I'm having the same issue as well. No theme options exist when I try to change to other designs.

Just to clarify , its happening in GP Premium
Type: Plugin • Version: 1.11.0-alpha.3

But its working fine in GP Premium
Type: Plugin • Version: 1.10.0

I’m having the same issue as well. No theme options exist when I try to change to other designs.

Same issue, tried to install "Merch". Trie to install other theme as well, same issue.

Just to clarify again.. First I installed Version: 1.11.0-alpha.3

Got Error: "No theme options"
Then de-activated it and deleted it

Installed the GP-Premium Version: 1.10.0 - the stable version.

And Boom!!! the design was imported successfully. It worked.

We'll take a look at fixing this.
In the meantime use the stable release GPP 1.10 version.

GPP 1.11 is in alpha so we do not recommend it be used on live production sites. Thanks however for testing and feedback.

1.11.0-alpha.4 is now available with the fix.
