No TAXONOMIES items paper

I'm using the Newsroom template. I'm trying to change the home page by customizing a category that appears on a part of the page
But the list of TAXONOMIES appears empty as in the picture, although we have many classifications
Another question, how can I change the LATEST FEED section?

can you temporarily disable ALL other plugins aside from GP Premium and GenerateBlocks.
Do the Taxonomies show then ?
