No Secondary Meny Option in Customise -> Layout

I'd like to add a secondary menu to certain pages on my site (membership pages) but there is no option in Customise -> Layout for Secondary Navigation, only Primary, Sticky, and Off Canvas Panel. Everything I can find says to enable here but it's not there.

Secondary Nav is its own module that has to be enabled first in Dashboard > Appearance > GeneratePress.
