No Results Message

Hi Tom,
I'd like to change the no results message for the archive page that says "It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help."
to
"Listing not found, expand your search criteria and try again."
And also remove the search box thats on the page.
Can this be done with an Action Hook or will I need to do a template over-ride?.
You would have to copy the no-results.php template into your child theme to make those changes.
