No puedo editar los temas que esta en la biblioteca

Biblioteca del sitio: puse desactivar para buscar las plantillas pero no me da la opción de importar, solo descarga opciones de seguridad, seguí las instrucciones del vídeo para usar los temas. Alguien me puede ayudar asi usar los plantillas, por favor

So once you click the "Backup Options" button, is there no button to "Import Options"?
Can you show us a screenshot of the entire importer once you've hit the Backup Options button?

Ya solucione descargando varias veces las opciones de seguridad así como explica en el vídeo, hasta que al fin me salió la opción de importar. Muchas gracias por contestarme.
