No photos in wordpress mediathek

After updating to premium I can not upload photos with wordpress into the Wordpress mediathek. The pictures are stored in the mediathek. I have seen this through FTP. Also the file permissions are correct. And the image has 129 kb.
But in the mediathek no picture is displayed.

I found the error, it was on the Child Theme.
