No permission to change heading colours

Hi
I have finally found how to change the heading colours in the CSS but when I tried to make the changes, I got a message saying I didn't have permission to make the changes. I am the one and only admin. Any suggestions on how I can fix it, please. It's not urgent, but I would like to tweak it a bit.

Hi there,
you can change Heading Colors in Customizer > Colors > Content.
For the persmissions issue, can you try opening the site in an incognito/private browser and making those changes, theres a chance that the browser has cached a cookie with the incorrect permissions.
