No menu at blogpages

The primary menu is missing on blogpages. I've already bought and installed the blog add-on, but still the menu is not there. Please help. This is keeping us from going live;-(

Yes, other pages are all OK.
Only blog archive and single blogs have no menu

Are you able to log in now?
Have you made any changes to the header.php file? It seems the entire header area is missing from those pages- no errors or anything, just looks like the code has been deleted.

Yes, we've made some changes to make the sidebars start op top.
