No Field Displays To Enter The License Key

Hello,

We are running a WP 4.7.5 multisite network with Generate Press Theme and Generate Press Premium plugin active on a subsite.

I purchased GP Premium and installed it, but when I visit Appearance>>Generate Press, there is no place to enter the License Key.

I did authorize the site url in my account, but there is no place to enter the License key. Apparently as a result, each of the add-ons links display "Learn More" rather "Activate."

Assistance will be appreciated.
