No Favicon for out-logged visitors

Although I've inserted my favicon, it only appears when I log in as an admin. All other visitors do not see it.

Any caching plugins or server cache?
Can you try clearing Autopmize cache first?
Let me know :)

Strange. Can you disable all plugins to eliminate any unknown conflicts?

I disable all plugins. But nothing help.
Favicon is sometimes tricky to deal with.
