No button to activate option

Hello

When I go to the menu appearance > generatepress and click on a button to enable or disable or import or export, it does not work, the button turns turns turns and nothing happens

I updated my theme

This happens on all my sites with generate press

Hi Jérémy,

Can you disable all other plugins to test?

And can you provide admin access to your site so we can have a look at the backend?

- add my licence key :
- activate "arrière plan" or other option

Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium first?

Please start a staging site if this is a live site with traffic.

Hello Leo

Thank you for your answer. I disabled all extension except Generatepress but it's the same. if I activate an option, or the license, it goes around in circles

you can test with my codes in private on this site, I leave the extensions disabled

PS : tout fonctionnait il y a 2 jours pour tous mes sites, et la c'est pareil sur tous les sites

For the module activation issue, can you try re-saving the permalinks? or set to the default "Plain".

If it works then you can switch it back after.

As for the license key, can you provide your IP address to us and we will check with our hosting support to confirm that it's not blocked?

I tested, putting "plain" for the permalinks, and if I live on generate press, I can now activate the license or activate the buttons. but i can't stay with "plain" permalinks they are personalized and it will break all my urls

So that's a good lead, thank you very much. In the meantime, I put on "plain", I'm going to activate my options, and I put back on "personalized", but I can't stay in this situation ;)

Need my IP anyway? I suppose not.

You should be able to switch it back to the original permalink as you wish.

Are you able to activate the license as well? If so we don't need your IP address :)
