No bold letters outside the posts (in archive view)

I would like to highlight words or phrases also outside the articles (in the archive view). Strange fact is that inside the article, you can have bold or italic fonts, but the font style dissapear in archive view. Is there any solution to keep the font style also in the archive view, once established in the post?

By default WordPress strips the Excerpt of HTML.
Couple of options:
1. Use the More Tag to set the excerpt:

2. Plugin to keep HTML in Excerpt:

The plugin works (like a charm! :-) ).
Just to share with you, but inside the Post edit, I couldn't find any More Tag... did I miss something?
