No alt text despite......

Hi,
have just done one of those site audits. 2 actually, and both tell me that I have no alt text on my images. BUT I have always filled in the space for that in the media library...so am worried that there is something wrong. My host informs me that it will be theme, so can i ask for help with this please?

I a checked a few images across the site and the ones i did check all had alt tags.
Which audit/testing service are you using?
