Niche template damaged after woocommerce update

I´m using the niche template and after the last woocommerce update, some of the styles present in the shop page are not present in the start page which has 3 product widgets nor in the 404 which also has a product widget. The styles that went missing are: Showing the secondary product picture on hover as well as hiding price and showing an add to cart link on hover.
Do you guys have any ideas how I can fix it? Thanks in advance
Since I´m already here, is it possible to move the search field a little to the right so it has the same padding / margin as all other elements? When one clicks on the magnifying glass icon, the search field starts some 20 px off to the left of where all the other containers start
I think the styling wasn´t applied to the widgets in the first place, I just removed some information from being shown that was giving me the impression it looked completely different and I also added the 25 px of margin to the search field :)
